As of now, The Last of Us season 2 boasts only a release window, and not a release date. The sophomore season will be arriving in 2025, two years after season 1 graced HBO. If the second season were to follow a similar timeline, the release of The Last of Us season 2 would be about five months out. It seems likely that it will keep its Sunday slot, which has been occupied by other hit shows such as House of the Dragon.
