Observing Bangladesh, thus the eye discovers the faces of men, women and kids. Getting steadily closer to this reality, our look meets everyday life, trying to describe it by showing young students with their school teachers on streets and pushing us beyond the threshold of slums and lingering on the faces of women in brothels.Observing Bangladesh, thus the eye discovers the faces of men, women and kids. Riccardo Micalizio was born in Rome in 1977. He graduated from the Faculty of Humanities in Cinema, with a dissertation on Iranian cinematography . His début as director was with the short film Senzastoria in 2002. Since then, he worked as editor for several documentary films, among which we recall Shiva Yatra and Life for Africa, both by the director Massimiliano Troiani.
